- Selected shipping method (USPS ,UPS or in some instances another carrier depending on the order)

International Shipping
- Available to select international destinations
- Customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees
- We cannot be held responsible for:
- Customs delays or seizures
- Additional fees imposed by your country
- Delivery delays due to customs processing
- International shipping must be selected explicitly during checkout
- Some products may be restricted from international shipping

- All return requests require prior authorization

- Company reserves the right to deny returns that don’t meet our criteria
Important Fee Information
- All approved returns incur a mandatory 15% restocking and handling fee
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Additional fees may apply for:
- Damaged items
- Missing components
- Inadequate packaging
- Items showing signs of use
Refund Process
- Refund timeline: 3-5 business days after return inspection
- Additional processing time required for bank/credit card processing
- Refund amount excludes:
- Original shipping fees
- Restocking fee (15% minimum)
- Any applicable damage or processing fees
